Update your Ailo app in the app store to use this feature.
Caller ID
See who’s calling before you answer. Caller ID displays the contact’s name and a property address on your phone’s incoming call screen — so you instantly know who’s calling and which property it’s about.
Availability: iOS only. Caller ID is not available on Android.

How to enable Caller ID
Caller ID works for your renters and investors. Suppliers are not currently included.
How to enable Caller ID
- Open the Ailo app and tap Settings in the bottom menu.
- Under the Caller ID section, tap Enable Caller ID — this will take you directly to your iPhone’s Call Blocking & Identification settings.
- Toggle Ailo on.
Once enabled, the setting in Ailo will update to show Caller ID enabled with the message “Incoming calls show contact names”. You can tap it again at any time to return to your iPhone’s Caller ID settings.
How syncing works
- Contacts sync automatically every time you open the Ailo app.
- If you manage multiple agencies via the agency switcher, contacts from all agencies are synced — not just the currently selected one.
- To pick up newly added or updated contacts, close and reopen the app.
Privacy and device impact
Ailo Caller ID contacts are only used for identifying incoming calls. They will not appear in your phone's Contacts app, share menus, or anywhere else on your device. All caller identification is handled securely through iOS - Ailo never sees or accesses any information about your incoming calls.
Logging out
If you log out of your Ailo account in the mobile app, all synced Caller ID contacts are automatically cleared from your device. They will re-sync the next time you log in and launch the app.
Multiple properties
If a contact is linked to more than one property (e.g. an investor with a portfolio), Caller ID will display one of their associated property addresses alongside their name.
