When Compliance has been enabled for your agency, your Properties page will include a tab for Compliance cover, and you can view individual management compliance information from the Management details sidebar on each Property record.

Compliance on the properties page
Here you’ll be able to see at a glance the status of each of the properties under management:

Status shown on page:
| Active: | The Investor has compliance cover from PCA and will be managed automatically. |
| Pending: | The Investor has agreed to compliance cover from PCA, but the start date for compliance cover has not yet been reached. |
| No cover: | Shown when a new management has been created and the management is not yet subscribed to compliance cover.
You may also see this for Commercial properties, as these are not currently included in the Compliance programme. |

Self managed (opted-out): |
The investor has opted out and indemnified the agency of all legal liability regarding compliance. |
Compliance on the property record
Scroll down to the Management section on the Property record and click Management details to open the sidebar. Here you'll see a snapshot of the Compliance cover status.
