What do I have to do?
Nothing right now — in the days following 19th April, you'll be advised as you log in if Multi-factor authentication (MFA) needs to be set up on that day.

As using an authenticator app will form part of our MFA, we'll put together a list of apps for you to choose from.
When will I see the changes to my login?
Changes will start after 19 April — When your agency is enabled for Multi-factor authentication, you may be prompted to set up MFA when you log into Ailo. You'll be guided through how to set it up and use it to access Ailo on your computer. Read our FAQs for more information.
